Want to add a little extra peace of mind to your rental? We’ve got you covered with our optional damage waiver! For a small fee, this waiver protects you from minor repairable mishaps that might happen during your rental period. Just a heads-up, it’s non-refundable if you don’t end up using it—but we’re pretty sure it’ll come in handy!
What’s covered?
- Tiny stains (no big deal)
- Small rips, tears, or holes (if fixable, we’ll handle it!)
- Straps that go rogue
- Zippers that need a little TLC
- Fabric pilling that can be smoothed out
What's not Covered
- Staining that is unable to be removed by specialist dry cleaning
- Loss/Theft of the rental
- Late fees
- Extensive rips, tears or holes which are non-repairable
- Contribution towards full replacement of dress if required
Caring for your Rental
To protect the fabric, please avoid handbags with clasps that might catch or cause damage. Also, take care when sitting, as rough or uneven surfaces can cause pulls, which may lead to extra charges.
When does my rental Start and end?
The first day you select is when you want to receive/pickup your rental the last date you select is when you post back/drop off your rental.
